Leads Module Enhancements

Voizee has expanded the capabilities of the Leads module to give users more control and organization over their customer data. New and improved features include:

• Import Options: Easily import leads via Excel or CSV files with mapped custom fields.

• Segments: Create dynamic filters using AND/OR conditions to group leads by specific attributes or behaviors.

• Tags: Add multiple tags to categorize leads for quick filtering, segmentation, and campaign targeting.

• Lead Statuses: Customize and color-code lead statuses (e.g., New, Hot, Closed) to track engagement and sales progress.
