There should be a single dashboard page that has a full overview in real time for any new message, call, sms, etc.. so it's easy to evaluate instead of clicking on each section over and over. Allow a Desktop widget to also be available to always keep open so it's visible, similar to what Aircall does.
Also there should be an ability to archive each list of Callback Calls, Scheduled Calls, Text Notifications, Email Requests, etc.. That way the Inbox for each is empty.
