Voizee now connects with 3CX via API, enabling businesses already running 3CX phone systems to bring their call data into Voizee. Call recordings are automatically pulled in and processed for AI transcription, while call metadata — including duration, direction, timestamps, and caller info — syncs to the lead record for full context.
